In healthcare, PPPS can stand for Personalized Prevention Plan Services. This is part of the Affordable Care Act. The PPPS is the creation of a plan for an individual that describes the person fully, lists functions that are out of the norm and provided therapy for such, and looks ahead to what can develop in the future. The individual is referred to ancillary professionals for education and and therapy as needed. Preventative care is of utmost importance. Updates are done during the annual wellness visit and treatment care is modified accordingly.
