It's my understanding that it contains minoxidil, which is of course FDA approved and should therefore work. So, the short answer is that ProRestora would work for at least anyone that minoxidil or rogaine would work for. The fact that it also has an oral pill that is taken twice a day would likely increase the odds of success.
