A curved path that an object follows when thrown or propelled near the surface of the earth.

Projectile motion is the act of projecting an object into the air at an angle. A few real life examples of projectile motion are throwing a tennis ball, kicking a Rugby ball or even long jumping.

To create this motion, something must first be thrown, pushed, launched outwards. After it has been done the ball gets to its highest point because the force it was thrown out first with has been lost. At that point it would be the highest point it can reach and its velocity will become zero. However, it does not just stop at midair, it will continue to move forward because the horizontal force still exists. It will continue to move forward until it hit the ground. The gravity will always bring the ball back down onto the floor.

How does a projectille differ from an object in a free fall?

How does motion relates to the three laws of motion?

Motion is already involves in motion because the motion is motion

4 types of motions?

The four types of motion are linear motion (motion in a straight line), rotational motion (motion around an axis), oscillatory motion (repeated back-and-forth movement), and translational motion (motion from one point to another without rotation).

What are the types of translational motion?

The types of translational motion include rectilinear motion (motion along a straight line), curvilinear motion (motion along a curved path), and general plane motion (combination of translation and rotation).

What are types of motion?

Types of motion include linear motion (movement in a straight line), circular motion (movement in a circular path), rotational motion (spinning or rotating around a central point), and oscillatory motion (repetitive back-and-forth motion).

What is simultaneous motion?

The motion in which translator motion and rotatory motion takes place simultaneously is called simultaneous motion

What are kinds of motion?

there are 4 kinds of motion. they are 1.linear motion 2.circular motion 3.pendulum motion 4.rotary motion

How many types of motion is there in cheerleading?

There is a right motion, a left motion, a up motion, a down motion, a back motion, and a forward motion. So that is a total of 6. Unless you count the flying motion thats 7.

What is the 3 kinds of motion?

there are 5 kinds of motion. they are 1.translatory motion 2.rotatory motion 3.transla- rotatory motion 4.periodic motion 5.vibratory motion

Is earth's motion is a circular motion?

No, the earth's motion is a periodic motion forming an ellipse.

Which is a projectille?

A projectile is an object moving through the air but people mainly think of a projectile as something you aim at someone and attempt to hit them with. A rock, a bullet, an arrow, a missle, all can be considered projectiles. The first sentence of the answer though is what you are looking for I think.

What is a motion story?

A motion story is a story with motion. ;)
