Marketing involves a total system of interacting activities designed to plan, price, promote and distribute products to present to potential customers plus sales is the action of exchanging money for a certain good. Samsung has applied some market research on many of their products and for those that has increased in sales drastically they have implemented plans on improving the quality and the public relation an example is manufacturing the Samsung Galaxy S which lead on to the improvement Samsun Galaxy S2 and so on, with more people demanding this product the sales has increased that then leads to more profits. If the following products don't sell enough sufficient amount of stock then Samsung is losing profits, the causes maybe due to the reason of the poor marketing, low quality products etc… If the sale of a particular Samsung product drops consistently than they will stop the manufacturing of that product on the other hand they conduct an investigation on the situation by enforcing random surveys to provide a better understanding.
