HR.645 Establishes and allows police officers to legally profile African Americans,and track people down who are african americans,anti Israel and non supporters.The bill allows presedintial power,and allows the Department of Homeland security,to lock you and me up in concentration camps,it plainly says it in the bill.It allows the Gov.To put you and me in concentration camps in time of martial law,and the camps are ruled in 10 regions of the us by 10 govenors.It basicly turns this country into Nazi Germany.
