Well, food in Spain varies in religion. But there are the basics, which of course, is eating their food with bread, usually dipped in Spanish olive oil. They also eat a good deal of cured ham. Their breakfasts are usually the smallest meal of the day, basically including just fresh rolls or bread with jam. Their mid-day meals usually begins with stew or soup, followed by many courses. A good Spanish finger food would be Tapas.
Jamon de Serrano, chorizo, tortilla, all seafood and shellfish, cheese such as manchego and Gouda with plenty of olive oil!
You would not believe how those folks eat bread. It is baked fresh every day and delivered to the homes like we used get milk delivered.
