I found the following instructions with step by step instructions on removing and repairing the headlight relay. http://www.saab9000.com/procedures/electrical/headlamp_relay.php
Starter Relay Test Place transmission in Park. Apply parking brake. Check for battery voltage between starter relay battery terminal and ground. Connect jumper wire on starter relay between battery and ignition terminals. If engine does not crank, connect a second jumper wire to starter relay between ground terminal and good ground and repeat test. If engine cranks in step 3, transmission linkage is misadjusted or neutral safety switch is defective. If engine does not crank in step 3, starter relay is defective. Follow this step by step and you will pinpoint the problem.
Directional relay opeartes +/- 90degree of MTA (maxumum torque angle). Relay is set either forward or reverse depending on the direction of current flow. 180 degree to MTA is always restraint region. Some relay has chareteristic of +/- 85 degree to MTA.
because your fans arent working, which could be a faulty relay, fuse or faulty thermoswitch. on mine it was the relay which is expensive for a relay. if that isn't the problem try changing your thermostat.
mostly Automatic machines are based on the PLC(programmable Logic Control) or other core controller. the best example of this kinda machines is CNC. in this the actuators or motors or any mechanical component is controlled by the relay or solenoids or solid state relay. this is all done step by step as per step sequence is stored in program. and by this program machine work in loop. and act as Automatic.

Honestly, unless you are very familiar with vehicles, you shouldn't even try. most of the walkthroughs do their best to give step by step instructions, but i would not be able to follow them. what the heck is a fuse and relay box? and what is a fuel pump relay? in my opinion, you should take this to a qualified professional rather than attempt to do this yourself
The relay for the horn is located in the relay panel on the drivers side lower panel adjacent to the "dead pedal". You have to put the drivers chair all the way back and then try to access this out of the way area. In the foot wall
what year model is it? Is it an IDI or DI powerstroke? with the later model powerstroke the pcm provides ground for the relay need Moore info to answer
