Stephen Harper, as the former Prime Minister of Canada (2006-2015), was responsible for leading the federal government, setting national policies, and representing Canada on the international stage. His duties included overseeing the execution of laws, managing the Cabinet, and making executive decisions on issues such as the economy, foreign relations, and national security. Additionally, he was involved in legislative processes, working with Parliament to pass laws and address the needs of Canadians. After leaving office, he has also been active in public speaking and political commentary.

Is Stephen Breyer still with the supreme court justice
Not all of Harpers constituents are annoyed with him. In fact, 40% of Canadians are incredibly pleased with Mr. Harper's government, hence why they've been in office for almost 6 years and been re-elected 3 times. Of course, that means 60% of Canadians are annoyed with him.
