In portal system, you have afferent arterioles, divided to form primary capillaries and capillaries reunite to form efferent arterioles. The efferent arterioles again divide to form the secondary capillaries. So you have secondary capillaries, there in urinary system, to receive the substances, directly from tubular cells.
