The weeping woman (Spanish: La Llorona)
La Llorona's name translates to "The Weeping Woman" in English. She is a figure from Mexican folklore who is said to be a ghost of a woman who roams the rivers and wails for her lost children.
La Llorona, ancient tale, possibly Aztec origin, about a woman who drowned her two children in a river because she believed a man would marry her if she had no children. He was horrified and rejected her. Now her ghost haunts the river, wailing and weeping.
Look at it this way; If a Mexican woman (I am one), marries a Mexican man, they have Mexican children. If she then divorces the man and gets married again, but to a White guy. They have mixed racial children. The same woman then divorces the White guy and remarries. This time she married a Mexican man again. They have one child. That child is a Mexican child. Think of the pit-bull as the Mexican woman. R. Delgado

Right now, there are 2.34 children per woman. This means the average Mexican family is composed of the father, the mother and the three children. However, it is pretty common that Mexican families tend to live together under the same roof, because of housing cost sharing and closer family ties (i.e: the aunts sometimes take care or babysit the children). This means grandpa, grandma, their sons, their wives and their children live together.
