I believe the term you are looking for is uploading but I'm not 100% sure
That is generally just called transferring data. If you have multiple computers connected together, or even just two in a peer to peer arrangement, that is called networking. If data is coming into a computer, that is called downloading, and it is called uploading if data is leaving a computer.
