Windows Vista games can be purchased right on your computer start menu. Windows Vista comes with its games built into the computer, more information is available online.
Vista is software (a program) ... a graphics card is hardware.
Yes, you can.
Windows Vista is a software so it cannot have a physical microphone built in but: It is true that Vista has already included drivers for majority of microphones so if you plug in any, it should work. But I personally advise you to check before you buy one.
Only Windows Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate editions have this feature built into the operating system.
All laptops purchased with Windows included have "built-in" drivers with them. The manufacturer places any necessary drivers on the installation disc or image. This does not mean that a retail copy of Windows Vista will install and have all hardware working out of the box.
Windows 7 will be the best choice for a laptop computer. Vista is the older Microsoft operating system, and has more bugs and unsupported features built in.
it depends on your webcam but usually, unless there integrated (built in), are useable with any os
