The 1883-CC Morgan is one of the most widely available Carson City dollars in all grades. For an accurate assessment of value the coin needs to be seen and graded. Many coins were paid out and circulated widely and show a lot of wear. Assuming the coin is circulated, in general retail values for low grade coins are $65.00-$90.00, better grade are $97.00-$104.00 and coins showing almost no wear run from $107.00-$120.00. Typical Mint State grade coins run from $180.00 to $255.00 depending on the grade. Values are a market average and only for coins in collectible condition, coins that are bent, corroded, scratched, used as jewerly or have been cleaned have far less value if any to a collector or dealer.
The value of a 1883 uncirculated cc silver dollar is $200.00 or more but,not over than $250.00

There were no 1888-CC Morgam silver dollars minted.
Keep in mind that not all silver dollars have the CC mintmark. If your coin does have a CC mintmark it would be above the DO in dollar on the back of the coin.
