If there is no mint mark, then it was minted in Philadelphia. If the entire coin is worn totally smooth then it's worth scrap silver value.

A well circulated one is worth about $5 or so, higher for better condition, uncirculated 1902s are worth from about $90 to $100 for an MS60, to $10,000 depending on condition... from unworn but nicked up slightly (MS60) to the finest known examples (MS67+) commanding $10,000.
