I never heard of any 1986 penny being a doubled-die obverse but it doesn't mean there are none out there. To help you out a little a 1983 penny in MS-65 is worth about $0.30 and the doubled-die reverse is worth about $300.00 in MS-65. You may want to take the coin to a few coin dealers and get their opinion on it.
