It's worth the same as every other 2-headed (or 2-tailed) coin that shows up in change:
It sold for a few dollars in a novelty shop because it's a manufactured item called a "magician's coin", not a mint error. However a coin collector won't pay you anything for it because it's made by cutting up two real coins and swapping sides, meaning it's both damaged and altered.
