It is cupro-nickel, so not much. I saw on one eBay with a "but it now" price of $1.50 (May 2012). I was curious about this myself because years ago I found one on the street encased on lucite, and figured it might be worth something. Alas, no. I have no idea why they went through the trouble to encase it in the first place, or how it ended up on the street.
I have this coin my grandfather gave it to me and I will give it to my kids I had a coin dealer in pilly price it and from what he told me I really got something he said its worth anywhere from $4500 to $5000 if I were you I would keep it and pass it threw the family my coin had 10 centavos I'm sure yours is the same tho
