100 euro = 123 US $ (25.02.2018)
It's actually a 1 peso coin. Mexico uses the same "$" symbol to refer to their own currency. The coin's value is probably very low. If the date is 1993 or later it's worth less than a US dime. If it's from the prior 2 decades it's worth far less - under 1/10 of a US cent - because Mexico revalued its currency due to inflation. If the coin is older than that, please post a new and more specific question with its date.
I have several of these coins.I am also a professional coin expert. It would be worth anywhere from a dollar to five dollars depending on the date.

The coin is worth one cent that's it, the lack of a mintmark just means the coin was made at the Philadelphia Mint. No US cent has ever had a "P" mintmark.
The coin (assuming it is a US coin) is only worth 1 cent. Either the coin was chemically treated to make it look gold or it was gold plated. Either way, it is not worth any more than one cent.
