If you have a lump that large, or any size you should see your doctor to make sure that it is not cancerous. Good luck:)

I have a small fatty lump at the top of my spine, and I suspect it is a small 'buffalo hump', caused by my adrenal gland tumor producing too much cortisol. I haven't got the diagnosis yet.

Please Google buffalo hump, and/or Cushing's disease.
