Almost nothing. Most people that buy novelty cans buy them as collectors' items and put them on a shelf somewhere, so there's no real shortage of such cans slowly going bad in the basements and garages of the US. And nobody wants to drink it; MASH 4077 beer was mostly produced by Pearl, which was not exactly regarded as a premium brand even when it was fresh.
Rule of thumb: anything specifically designed to be "collectible" is likely not going to appreciate in value very rapidly; what winds up being valuable is stuff that was so common everyone bought it, used it, and threw it away without thinking "Gee, I bet this will be worth money someday."

I do not believe that Radar died at all. If I am not mistaken, he survived the war and was in an episode or two of the ill-fated 'AfterMASH' spin-off with Potter, Klinger and Father Mulcahy. Radar's uncle Ed died, leaving his mum alone to run the farm. This was grounds for a hardship discharge from the army. He was wounded once in the episode "fallen idol" season 6, and in other episodes, bitten by a dog for which he got rabies shots and had a tonsillectomy, all requiring him to be hospitalised at the 4077 - but he never died in the series.
