All Catholics are Christians, but not all Christians are Catholics. Therefore a Catholic Christian would denote a Christian who belongs to a Catholic denomination of Christianity.

A Christian is someone who is a follower of Jesus Christ: one who professes belief in Jesus as Christ or follows a religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus. A Christian is a member of a Christian Church or denomination who might be Catholic, Protestant, Evangelical, Anglican, etc.

Catholicism is a denomination, and is, therefore, a subset of Christianity. A Catholic is a member of any of the Churches regarded as Catholic, especially a Roman Catholic.
