You can upload you HTML files, pictures, etc. to your web hosting account(if you have the FTP information) If you upload all of your HTML files on there you have to name you homepage index.HTML. If you have links to the rest of your pages on your home page and you have them uploaded then it will work. FTP it self is not really used to design web content. If you want to do that you have to either code HTML yourself in notepad which you can learn on youtube.. Or you can design in adobe dreamweaver.
