"WY" is the state code for Wyoming. Several years ago a private company sold sets of what they called "state pennies", hoping to cash in on interest in the then-new state quarter program. All they did was take ordinary cents and counterstamp them with the codes for each of the 50 states, then sold them in albums as "instant collectibles".

There are novelty-item collectors who would be interested in a complete set of these coins in their original holder, but a single one outside of its holder is considered to be an altered coin with no added value.
