On the day of her death, nearly all of her flesh was gone, leaving a gory mess of the outter layer of body. When she began to scream widely, two doctors and a security guard rushed to her aid. When they arrived, they found blood splattered all over the room, with Dr. Bach's chest bursted open. Soon, an alien like creature, which supposedly looked like a giant loctus, about 3 feet long and 2 feet wide with huge claws and legs, tried to attack them, but missed, and flew out of the room. The hospital was put on lockdown, but while all patients and medical personnel were able to evacuate the building within the two minute period, the two doctors and the guard were trapped inside. When the guard tried to kill the alien, he was found dead by the two doctors. Soon, the two doctors rushed themselves back to their lab/office, where they were trapped for a minute. However, the mutant creature managed to make its way through the air vent, and began to make its way in to the room. The female doctor rushed herself out of the room, while the male doctor attempted to kill the beast with a vile of acid. When the female doctor tried to see the outcome, the doctor was laying on the ground, dead, as the alien creature began to devour the body. The female doctor managed to break herself out of the hospital, unharmed, but as well did the alien. The alien was never found, although there were reports of a similar creature as far as New Mexico. Reports of the event were taken by the government, but were never realized, nor are they acknowledged. The story has been reported to be completely false, a story made by "Lost Tapes" a fiction TV show.
