I think you mean Pacu: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacu
Pacu are a type of piranha. They do have scales, like most fish, as well as fins.
The Red Paco is a fresh water fish which is a close relative of the phirana but unlike its descendants, red pacos' doesn't bite your fingers off everytime you decide to dip it in the aquarium or when you feed them, though its fun to see them feed on small fishes or what we call "Cataba"... This fishes are the favorite meal of Paco's. I love seeing them being sideswiped by a hungry paco...

There is a red belly piranha which eats meat and also a pacu which eat plant and veggie and which is a type of piranha
¿Como es Paco? means: What is Paco like (as a person)?
The Word paco means taco. As in the Mexican dish.
Remember, there are two parts to Kosher. One is that the fish itself is acceptably under kashrut. The other is that it is prepared under kashrut. The fish is not going to be kosher if the restaurant cuts it up with the same knives used to cut up the shrimp and octopus. Pacu (not paco) fish seems to be a somewhat uncommon type in the Jewish community from what I've seen. When in doubt, ask a Rabbi! I've never met a Rabbi that didn't like to ask questions about Judaism.
Paco is the large and in charge in this house. Paco has been with us longer than Leighlah so. Yes, Paco is slightlybetter than Leighlah.
