A park horse (aka saddleseat horse) is a type of horse normally used for showing. They are known to hold their heads high and pick their feet up like they are prancing. I find them the most flashy. Here's some pictures:

Seems to me it would be, "Kentucky Horse Park is a beautiful park.", but I am just guessing that you have meant for the proper, full name of the horse park to be Kentucky Horse Park or even The Kentucky Horse Park.
Kentucky Horse Park was created in 1978.
Horse Park of New Jersey was created in 1987.
Dead Horse Ranch State Park was created in 1972.
The Kentucky Horse Park is a theme park that has over 35 breeds of horses that perform in presentations, pull trolleys and entertain tourists. Some of the many activities offered at this theme park are horse drawn tours, kids barn, a Farrier shop and the International Museum of the Horse.
