Revelation was a brand name used by Western Auto stores. Many companies made firearms that were marked with the Revelation brand. Unfortunately, the cross reference list I use the most does not list the Revelation 207. Frequent makers of "hardware store" guns included Savage, Mossberg, and Marlin (among others). Some hardware store guns had plainer finish, hardwood stocks instead of walnut, etc, but were good functional firearms. They typically sell for 10-20% less than the original named firearms in similar condition.

Blue Book of Gun Values might help
Good for medium size game
Well, Western Auto never made guns. I believe your Model 207 was made by Marlin, as their Model 336 Carbine, and marked with the Western Auto Revelation brand. Western Auto seems to have dropped out of the firearms business by the 1980's.
