What authority does a supervisor have?

If the contributor refuses to comply with the request/warning, then the supervisor has the authority to block that user from the site. They also block 'spammers', as well as reverting or removing their answers in which the spam was posted.While there are general guidelines as to how long a person is blocked, the length of time that person is blocked is generally at the supervisor's discretion, depending on the severity of the offense.A supervisor also has the authority to revert an answer to a previous version.
