Tryptic soya agar plates are used for streaking as it is a very general agar (ie not selective) and it promotes the growth of a broad spectrum of micoorganisms
Non-selective is when we use agar for bacterial growth in general. Mean not to differentiate between them but just to see their colonies and growth. TSA and Chocolate agar are nonselective.

Theoretically, anything. As the agar is a non-selective agar many bugs can grow on nutrient agar. The only ones that can't are ones that have different growing conditions or different characteristics that makes it difficult or impossible to grow, but that is more uncommon.
