Tap around the outside with a hammer, If it dont come out you have to go in there and chip it out.
There are various answers to this. Firstly check if no hairline cracks are evident. Secondly it depends whether its a tap or a mixer. The gland nut on the tap could leaking or the o ring in the mixer could be finished.

A faucet aerator is usually attached to the end of a faucet.
Undo the aerator at the end of the spout and clean out the screen of the aerator. It is probably plugged up. Run the water without the aerator attached. If you have full pressure, the plugged aerator is the problem. If you do not have full pressure without the aerator on the spout, it could be plugged in the spout. Usually the aerator plugged. Cheers
If it only happens on that tap, then there is a problem with the internal washers. You can take it apart and fix it easily if it is a reputable make. If not, remove it totally and fit a good one.
