Only in an extreme case. If it is allowed to go untreated it can move into the abdomen which brings additional risks including sterility. When this happends it is called PID, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. BV (bacterial vaginosis) doesn't cause infertility in Women. However in rare cases, untreated BV can develop into Pevlvic Inflammatory Disease. Most fertility problems in Women are caused by Ovarian, Womb or Uterine problems. See your Physcian for extensive testing to determine if you do have a fertility problem.

So if you infect with BV, the immediate treatment is needed. So far, BV could eliminate completely by herbal therapy, like ''fuyan pill", it is effective on curing BV. Once you infect with Bv, you could try it.

And if you want to know more knowledge about BV, you could consult online doctors, such as Dr Lee Xaioping.

Chlamydia is a very common infection transmitted by sexual contact. It can cause infertility if not treated. The symptoms may not be noticed, or they may be vague and nonspecific. Some people have no symptoms at all. When symptoms are present, they can include burning or itching of the genitals, discharge, or painful urination. Chlamydia infections can also develop in the rectum and throat.

In most cases, new exposures to STDs that you have had in the past can cause you to get the infection again. Most treatments don't protect you from developing the STD at a future time. If your partner has not been treated, you may pass the infection back and forth. Without the right precautions, you could acquire a second STD or a recurrence of the same infection.
