Blog header is a piece of blog usually located on the top of the page.
It contains static information, preferably the name of the blog, URL and navigation panel.
If you look on the top of this page, the header contains "Answers.com" logo.
If you make your blog using Wordpress then thay have many templates where you can customize the header and include your own images.
Click the appearance button located on the left hand side of your dashboard to change your header.
If it helps, my blog's URL is tygrubb.blogspot.com. I'm just looking for the header images to randomly rotate each time the page opens (bonus points for anyone who can help me make them rotate while browsing the page). Thanks!
To change the Title that shows, you go on to design, click the header, and change it.

Yes, you can change it. On the side of you dashboard there is a button that says "Appearance" Click it and then click on themes. There are a bunch of themes you can choose from and if you want to, you can buy the CSS style sheet. You can also get themes that allow you to change the header! (the picture at the top) I hope I helped and good luck with your new blog!
The Header.
Text printed at the top of the page is called a header.
Header file is a file which is meant to be included into another file during compilation. Examples: string.h, stdio.h, inttypes.h. Header pointer is a pointer to an object called header (for example header of a linked list).
That means, the header of a function. The header is the top part, before the opening braces.
