Value of a gun is based on MAKE, MODEL and CONDITION. Not the serial number. We need all 3. You gave us a model. No answer.

The Winchester 270 1965 model 70, serial number 747048 is valued at $600 in excellent condition. In fair condition, its value is $375. In poor condition, its value is $250.

That appears to be a Marlin serial number, dating to 1982. The Marlin Glenfield Model 25, in pristine condition, would bring $100-$125. sales@countrygunsmith.net
