A continuously adjustable centrifugal automatic transmission gear makes it possible for mobile machines and vehicles to automatically and continuously adjust the rotation of the driving wheels to the actual load with minimum losses in the rolling parts of the engine, which results in reduced fuel consumption and burden to the environment. It functions in such a way that a driving shaft with gear (2) transmits the torque and the revolutions to a driven shaft (8) by means of the centrifugal force of rotating eccentrics (5) which are eccentrically fixed to the driven shaft (8) on which they produce pulsation, and bearing locks (9, 11) define the direction of rotation of the driven shaft (8) enabling uniform rotation of the exit clutch - flywheel (12). The transmission gear is controlled solely by changing the revolutions of the prime mover.
There are screw drive and chain drive garage doors.
Check the clutch it is a centrifugal clutch : Might have warn plates or be stuck. or it could be-the chain drive sprocket is warn out.
Timing is done by chain with an automatic chain tensioner. The accessory drive is a belt located on the front of the engine.
Centrifugal clutches are seen most commonly in smaller motor cycles (50 cc) of the automatic type.

an automatic gear box works via centrifugal force (like when you stir your tea the liquid pushes out.)
Yes 10-10 automatic
It is chain drive.
centrifugal force independent on tight side & slack side. And depends only velocty of belts only.
Cube of diameter of its impeller
could be the clutch is slipping, if it has a hand clutch or if it has a automatic foot shifter there is a clutch, actually TWO clutches with the automatic foot shifter type.
governor on side of transmission inoperable, not spinning its a centrifugal switch.
