If you stick with the plan and eat right and exercise, this plan could be successful, but if you neglect to develop new eating habits, once you stop drinking the shakes you could gain it all back.

Slim Fast is a good meal replacement option. It also works well if you are in a hurry and don't have much time to cook. You have to exercise with it though.

It works but only because you sit on the toliet the majority of the time. I've tried it but you have to get use to eating the same thing quite frequently and you gradually loose weight.
