You may be able to get spec sheets for a motherboard from the board manufacturer, but as they try to safeguard their technology it is highly unlikely they will release it outside of their company. As they don't manufacture or design (deliberately) faulty motherboards, it is unlikely that they will have a spec sheet for one. What they may be able to do for you if you contact them, is compare your faulty motherboard against their spec to find out where it differs, and why.
