In Office 2007 it is in the top left corner of the screen. Click on the office icon (circle).
Menu ribbon
Ctrl+F2 might get you there. Usually it is located in the print menu or on the Office 2007 shortcut menu.
Paste Options button
Documents are not created on the ribbon. You create documents in the application window, located below the menu ribbon. You can create a new document in Office 2007 by clicking on the New option in the Office 2007 menu (a circle icon at the top right of the screen).

The Office button in PowerPoint 2007 (and all Microsoft Office products) is found in the top left corner of the presentation window once it is opened (see the image to the right).
Passwords can be set and changed from the Tools and then Options menu when saving a file.
I believe you press Alt + F to access the Office Menu <><><><><> That actually only brings up the file menu for the application that currently has the input focus. It does not necessarily work for any arbitrary application having the focus. It probably depends on which version of office you have, and what version of windows you are running. In my case, Office Pro 2007 on XP Pro, I do not see a global shortcut key to get to a "master" office menu. If someone knows, please refine this answer.
You can. The drop down menu in "save as" provides that option.
Go to the File menu, then click Save as... , a dialog box will show up where you can change where it's saved, the file format, and the name. Click save when you're done.
