ImageX.exe is a command-line tool that installers use to create, modify, and apply image files in the Windows Imaging format (file extension .wim).
It is a command line program that installers can use to prepare Windows 7 computers for imaging, auditing, and deployment. You must use Sysprep.exe to prepare a reference computer by removing all the individualize configuration information before you capture an image of it for distribution on multiple target computers.
The Windows Imaging Component (WIC) is a Component Object Model based imaging codec framework introduced in Windows Vista and Windows XP Service Pack 3 for working with and processing digital images and image metadata.
Its purpose is enabling Windows to run .msi format installers. The installers can be programs like Java and Shockwave player by Adobi and games like Wurm online.

There isn't one. By the time the Command Prompt is available, Windows has already loaded.
