The tag is the complete RFID, substrate (what everything is attached to), antenna, capacitor(sometimes in the chip) and integrated circuit chip. The chip is the IC alone without the rest. There are some chips with integral antennas that serve as a complete RFID, but they have very limited applications due to extremely short ranges (millimeters).
An open circuit or a short-circuit (if that circuit is complete).
no, the circuit won't complete
when solder IC chips on printed circuit cards
to complete circuit
ntegratd circuit
mobile keypad really tine thing you push batten on the pad, circuit is complete and work
A 555 chip is used as a timer. In a monostable circuit the chip will send one pulse after a period of time. If the chip is in a astable circuit it will send pulses forever.
Silicon chip, micro-chip, integrated circuit
An intergrated circuit is basically a computer chip
Computer chips are built on a slice of silicon. Silicon forms the basis of transistors which make up a complete circuit. The circuit is photo etched onto the silcon forming complex circuits containg transistors, resistors, capacitors and diodes. The silicon is grown as a single crystal. The crystal is then sliced into thin wafers, onto which the circuit is etched. These resemble a sliced potato or CHIP.

Integrated Circuit
what kind of sensor? tells a chip/circuit the value of something, and then w.e chip/circuit would respond accordingly by doing actions
i think you solder it on :)
"Integrated circuit" (IC, or "chip")
