The volute of a centrifugal pump is the tank that holds the liquid being pumped. The centrifugal pump is a type of pump that uses a swirling motion to pump liquid.
It's a type of piston / plunger pump using the principle of an electrical solenoid to articulate the piston.
Induction pump is a term used to describe any type of pump that depends on electromagnetic induction for its operation. These pumps are often used for liquid alkaline metals that are expected to reach temperatures between 800 and 1000 degrees Celsius.
Not a lot. A fire fighting pump found on most fire engines is the centrifugal type. Other than the amount of water it may flow and the number of discharges it can supply, there is no difference (although I'm not sure what "ordinary centrifugal pump" refers to unless it is a trash or sump pump). Centrifugal type pumps weren't always used in the fire service, but they are the standard now because they can spin (they can pump or maintain pressure) even when there is no water actually flowing.
hi I hope this will help you . this is some advantages for vertical pump over horizontal 1. Less floor space required. 2. Inline piping arrangement allows piping in any direction in most cases. 3. Elevated motor protects against potential flooding if the pump station is in a low area

Type checking is the processes of identifying errors in a program based on explicitly or implicitly stated type information.
Static type checking is type checking that can be done at compile time at no runtime cost, as opposed to dynamic type checking which can only be done at runtime. Dynamic type checking is most commonly utilised when you hold a pointer to a base class of a polymorphic type, but where you need to know the actual type at runtime. However, dynamic type checking can largely be avoided by utilising virtual functions to implement a common interface. In this way, you get the correct behaviour without needing to know the actual type. Although virtual functions come with a (small) cost in terms of memory consumption and performance, the cost is trivial compared to dynamic type checking.
An electric motor has a stator and a rotor. The stator does not move. The rotor rotates inside the stator.

low pressure rotor as i know in some of the thermal power plant they may use for this type of rotars
Types of rotor-Salient pole or projected typeNon salient pole or cylindrical typeSalient type is used for low speed or medium speed motor where non salient type is used for high speed rotor.
