Yes, there actually are.

For example, instead of saying Jen has been going to the movies lately, you could say, Jen's been going to the movies lately.

Instead of he has been sick alot, you could say, he's been sick alot.

As for has not, he has not been doing his work becomes he hasn't been doing his homework.
