Canadian made 22 rifle.
Well, a model 39 .22 implies to me that it may be a Cooey or Winchester/Cooey. The only thing is Cooey never put serial numbers on their rifles. Winchester did after they bought Cooey around WW II. So therefore I would say post 1964 for your rifle.
Maybe in Canada
50-125 or so
Best left to a gunsmith

Crosman never made a .22 cal BB rifle. They made several .22 Cal Pellet rifles over the years. Several are still in production.
Air Rifles come in several different bores. .177, .20, .22, .25, 9mm, 45 Cal, 357, and 50 Cal. Big bore usually refers to the 9mm, 45 Cal and 50 Cal. These rifles fall into the PCP class of Air Rifles.
No way to answer without pictures and all markings.
$50-$200, depending on WHICH Cooey .22, and its condition.
The Sureshot shotgun was made by Cooey Machine and Arms company of Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Cooey was purchased by Winchester-Western and produced rifles and shotguns under the name of Cooey, Winchester-Cooey, and Winchester.
