you find them in the 3rd mine under ground (you have to till the ground, some times there under rocks so get rid of rocks and animals) you can not remove them from your rucksack until you get the cursed removed at the temple (by phone or face to face with the vicar in his temple) the tool is alot better after woulds. if it is cursed then it drains your stamina quickly and also drains time alot quicker where as if it's blessed it does the same effect as a normal tool. hope this helped thanks.

You will also need to unlock the 3rd Mine at the excavation site to find the tools. The tools will be found randomly hidden in the dirt on specific floors. When you find a new tool it will be in it's cursed form. You will need to dig in the ground using your Hoe until you get lucky and you find one. If you equip the cursed tools in your red Tool slot of your rucksack you can not remove it! The only way to remove the tool is to get it decursed. Using a cursed tool will quickly drain your stamina. Cursed Tools, mine levels Floors: 24, 35, 48, 52, 68, 71, 87, 99, 106, 118, 124, 135, 142, 153, 162, 178, 185, and 197. (this isn't just fishing rod, it is all tools)

you can't drop tools. you can only uncurse them by going on your phone and going to the church. I also dropped a cursed tool, the axe. I still haven't found it so I'm not sure you can find it again. I threw it on the ground instead of putting it my rucksack... vanished into thin air. Some FAQs say that you have to trigger Keiras first heart event to find the sixth cursed tool, and since I have found the other five, I'm hoping that this is the problem. I triggered it with the help of a FAQ tonight, but I still can't seem to find the cursed axe. Perhaps you have to give her the first thing she requests as a part of the heart event?
