A diaper lover is someone who has a desire to wear diapers even if they don't need to. This is not associated with pedophilia or child molesters. If you suspect someone to be a diaper lover don't be to quick to judge, it may just be a fetish or pleasurable experience to the person, there is nothing wrong with them ITS JUST WHAT THEY LIKE and no one who is found out to be diaper lover deserves to be humiliated or looked down upon.
