$200-$350 no more.
A fair price should not go over $300. Any more than this is over the price of new tires.
"fair" will vary based on where you are and what the going labor rate is. Many public libraries carry the chilton's labor estimate manual repair shops use to estimate labor. I would suspect it will list this as a one hour job, but a good mechanic can do it in under 15 minutes (expect to pay an hour labor though anyway). The parts price as of January 2013 is $114.99 at autozone. The labor may cost you more. If you have a friend that works on cars your labor cost may be as cheap as the price of a six pack.
15 dollars an hour for labor is a fair rate
You can try Gamestop, or Movie Trading Company. They both repair games for a fair price.
I am not a qualified expert on brakes but a brake job of that price seems fair if your brakes are completely shot and are in need of massive repair job.
About 400.00 $ would be fair. Labor only.
Fair trade makes sure that the price being paid to the farmers is fair. It also makes sure that no slave labor is being used.
The gear shouldn't cost over about $20, and the labor shouldn't be more than about $50-70.
Parts and labor will cost about 400-425 if you have Mitz. do it. The belt is good for 60K miles and should not be overlooked. You can check around for an import car service/repair place and you might save 50-75 bucks. darksidesteve
They are fair in comparison to other shops but you can look around for coupons. I would also check Yelp for current local reviews.
The best shop for front brake repair would be auto zone. Auto zone does a good job and are fair on price. There's always one around no matter where you leave.
It depends on the vehicle but that price sounds fair 50% labor and 50% parts
