I used to weigh 300 pounds. Now, I am exactly 200. I successfully lost the weight by myself. No products (yuck) or systems involved. Just natural and safe ways. If you are serious about losing the weight it will FALL off, practically, in no time. I know you only want to lose 10 pounds...so you don't have to continue the diet. Also...it is best to stay a healthy weight.
