It is from the fire wall forward minus the engine (or included if negotiated)

Sounds like a blown fuse?
yes, even though they are different styles, (early 4th gen and newer 4th gen) you can swap front clip and make your 96 look like a 99 with no probs
In the 2000, it's under the dash on the passenger side. Like everything else, one of the retaining bolts is a real pain to get to.
Lift the outside door handle like you are opening the door, look under handle on the right side, there is a clip. Push the center of the clip all the way through( the center of the clip is a plastic pin that locks the clip, approximately 1/8 inch in diameter). The clip can now be pried out with a small pry tool. Once the clip is removed the door handle will slide towards the front of the car. Save clip and pin and reuse.
1997 to i believe 2004 jeeps are pretty much the same. are models the same?? like a wrangler for wrangler?? or rubicon for rubicon?? 97-06 clips are the same..even rubicon's
sounds to me like your rear window is leaking.i had the same problem and that's what it was
same as the front there both disk brakes just like the front
WHAT IS A BUTTERFLY CLIP LOOK LIKE

the low port is located in front of the dash in the middle under the hood it is covered by a black cap and looks like it is connected to stainless pipes
None of them.
looks like a normal sensor, I have a 2002 intrigue, it is located just above the starter, you have to take out the starter in order to take it out.
