Headlights. They're called headlights. ;) Depending on the vehicle, it is also known as the header panel.
It is called the front clip. The entire front assembly from the firewall forward is the front clip The nose with the grill and headlights is called the header panel.

A car has many panels such as a door panel, a header panel, a rocker panel, cowl panel, need more info to answer that Q.
Yes they will interchange; everything behind the front header panel will interchange on those two cars.
Door header
Two possible answers that I know of, #1 The first point of entry for the exhaust as it leaves the cylinder head. Generally made of cast iron but not always. The exhaust pipe bolts to it. #2 The very front body section of some autos that holds the headlamps and grille was sometimes called the header or header panel.
It is my understanding that none of the other "A" body cars body parts will actually work correctly. The early Pontiac 6000 come the closest to matching. I am told that any of the doors will fit in the same position, but the body lines don't line up so it doesn't actually fit and work correctly. Even within the Celebrity model not all body parts interchange with all years. For example the front header panel for a 1984-1985 is different than a 1986 header panel which is different yet to a 1987-1990 header panel. Similarly the back header panel on the years to 1985 is different from 1986 on. Sedans and coupes here, station wagons align from 1984 to 1990 I am told. Front fenders also changed from the early years to the later years.
