Frustration is an emotion of being angry or annoyed at your own inability to change or achieve something. And, because, by very definition, you cannot change the circumstances (i.e. you cannot change or remove the source of your irritation or impotence) you need to work on changing your own feelings or attitude towards it (i.e. deal with it!)
General frustration is difficult to deal with when everything seems to be going wrong.

Normal emotions are sadness; anger; happiness, jealously; frustration, etc., and it is normal that humans have to deal with these emotions throughout their lives, but, aggression is when that person takes out their frustration and anger on another and causes a scene; hurt feelings or often times physically harm another.
Frustration is to get worried about something to get upset about something. For example if you give someone a very important work and the opposite person ignores that work and does not do that so the person who gave the work will be Frustrated and get worried and say to himself that " Why did I give this person my work?". So this is the meaning of Frustration.
