snacking all day is not good , full stop eat 3 proper meals a day with a very light snack between and you will be in good shape.PS snacking is what makes Americans have the highest obesity problem in the world
Correction...snacking on empty calories all day is what makes Americans have the highest obesity problem in the world. If you were to snack on things like fresh fruits and vegetables (without adding any dips, toppings etc etc) or items like plain popcorn AND eat normal portioned size meals (for hints on portion control, read the size of boxes, cans etc) you will not like become obese and more likely will lose weight with only minimal exercize.
I agree with laying low on sodium, but also on unhealthy fats. If you are eating (or snacking) all day it may also be a underlying sign that you have too much time on your hands.
